What is unbleached flour? It is flour with the bran and wheat removed and aged naturally. Unbleached flour naturally retains nutrients, is high in fiber, Folic Acid, Magnesium and Phosphorus, a good source of Zinc, also nutrients such as Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3 and Iron. When Flour is left to age as nature intended, the carotenoids or pigments whiten on their own. It´s naturally white, and no additives or chemicals are added whatsoever in the process. Just wonderful!
