SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:
All orders placed via this website will be managed by us at Productos Schullo S.A.  You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and another email when it is dispatched for shipment, along with the tracking number. 

Which courier will deliver my order?
All orders are shipped using our preferred courier, Servientrega. Servientrega delivers Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you live in a remote rural area, your order can be sent to the nearest Servientrega in your area for pick-up, they have hundreds of offices in Ecuador, we’ll let you know which is closest to you.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 noon on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched by Schullo the same day (excluding holidays).  All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information for Servientrega. 

Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.  In remote rural areas you may pick up your order from the nearest Servientrega to you, we will confirm which office.

When will I receive my order?
The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours of the order being dispatched. All nationwide deliveries generally take about 1-2 days from time of dispatch, but this may take longer depending on the destination.

How much does delivery cost within Ecuador?

Quito & Guayaquil FREE Shipping on orders over $30.00, orders under $30.00  delivery cost is $4.00

Cantons, Provinces, and Regional deliveries FREE Shipping on orders $60.00 and over, orders under $60.00 delivery cost is $8.00

Galapagos, Oriente and Isolated towns deliveries FREE Shipping on orders $100.00 and over, orders under $100.00 delivery cost is $16.00


Returns Procedure:
We are here to ensure you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please let us know as soon as possible writing to us to at our email: info@schullo.com.ec

 

If you wish to return any products bought from us, we will be happy to make things right. Please let us know what happened using our email info@schullo.com.ec. You must return the product within 3 days after you received it.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of having placed your order.
